When logging into jdvproducts.com you agree to follow and adhere to all terms and conditions that are set forth in this document. Please read all terms and conditions prior to registering for this website. If you have not read the following terms and condition you will still be liable for all terms stated within this document, and are expected to follow and adhere to said terms and conditions. All product pictures listed on jdvproducts.com are the best accurate representations of the product. jdvproducts.com assumes no liability for products purchased that do not meet the customers’ expectations. jdvproducts.com is focused on providing high quality tools and excellent customer service.

Shipping

JDV ships all orders via UPS per method noted by customer. A small Shipping & Handling charge is added to all shipments that are prepaid.
Complete shipments (orders with NO items on back order) are made unless otherwise noted by customer.

Returns

All returns and the assessment of “condition upon return” are the discretion of JDV. JDV will not accept the return or Purchase Order cancelations for Wire (Rolls or Pre-cut), Industrial Bits or other “Made to Order” items. Clearance and Discontinued items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Stock/Standard items must be returned in new condition, as it was received, within 30 days of delivery. No customization, modification, alteration, repair, wear or damage – cosmetic or otherwise - of any kind may have occurred to the item. All hardware, accessories and paperwork included with the item must be also returned and it must be in original/resale-able condition.

All returned items must be returned in original packaging in its original condition. This includes all packaging, both inner and outer, which is particular to the item.
Customer must prepay shipping charges of the return. JDV is not responsible for damages or lost packages caused by the customers’ shipper. Damages that occur to the item during return delivery, due to insufficient or improper packaging, will be the customers’ responsibility and result in additional restock fees or refusal of return.

jdvproducts.com logo, JDV Products, Inc. logo, and all other graphics, pictures on jdvproducts.com are copy written and the exclusive property of jdvproducts.com. You may not use any pictures, graphics or logos on jdvproducts.com with out the express permission of jdvproducts.com and its partners. All logos and trademarks of other companies displayed on jdvproducts.com are the property of their respective companies and may not be used with out permission from said companies.

If customers buy product with out first looking at the click to enlarge picture and are not satisfied with there product jdvproducts.com can not be held liable for purchases made with our the customer fully inspecting the "click to enlarge picture". Due to the nature of our website all pictures are resized at a specific pixel height and width to conform the website to strict column lengths and widths.
