115V WIRE WRAP GUN

The 115V 6000 Series electric wire wrapping and unwrapping tools have been designed for production and field service operations where wire sizes 18-32 AWG are used. The lightweight Lexan® housing and the handle design greatly reduces problems normally experienced in repetitive motion injuries, such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. All our wire wrapping tools have a geared drive, a positive indexing mechanism, and a quality electric motor which requires no maintenance.

The 6000 series comes with a light-pull trigger, a high-speed motor (4000 rpm), and a standard 20' power cord for optimal usage range from an electrical outlet.

For the inexperienced operator, we offer model SP 6022 anti-backforce (ABF) version. When the operator pulls the trigger, the bit retracts inside the sleeve causing a symmetrical wrap to be achieved on the terminal post. The (ABF) tools are used mostly for training and for customers who use the tool so infrequently that they don't remember the proper techinque to make a wire wrap connection.

Standard Pneumatic's unwrap bits unwrap 20-32 AWG (0.80-0.20mm) wire.  The  SP 66692 and SP 66693 are equipped with a hexagonal shape body that easily inserts into the driver end of Unwrap Gun Models:  SP 6024, SP 6084, SP 6314.

Both models have a left-handed direction.
