• 40 Tube Wire Storage Bin

The result is a ten-fold increase inproduction rate and the potential for significant reduction in technician error over manual wire wrapping. The systems are designed for ease-of-use, and are significantly more cost-effective than fully-automatic systems.

The newly designed Rapid Wrap System Controller incorporates many new features/benefits including:

• Parts programming in industry-proven ASCII format
• User selectable units of measure
• Very simple Windows user interface
• Maintains a time-stamped text log file of activities such as:
  - Starting and finishing a job
  - Last position (in case of power failure)
  - user and Supervisor logins/logouts
• Easy to network through Windows networking
• Prompts operator with wire bin numbers
• Reduces potential for human error
